TOTAL VIEWS
In order to achieve continuous growth and profitability, Huawei, a significant multinational information and communications technology company, has moved into international markets in response to the globalisation trend. Using the literature review method to collect pertinent data in conjunction with corporate strategic management, the internal and external environment, as well as the macro perspective, are identified and evaluated, and the Porter Five Forces model and PESTLE framework analysis are used to determine the direction of corporate strategy development. Huawei is counselled to use a global strategy when entering a new geographical area based on the evaluation of four different types of worldwide plans. As a result, Huawei is able to uphold its reputation as a leading worldwide brand and steadily cut its production costs. Huawei also used a number of entry techniques in different geographical areas, taking into account physical, cultural, social, and political factors.
