Abstract

Today, the world will move towards a trend of continuous integration and constant change. Economic globalization is unstoppable. Today, economic globalization is unstoppable, and China is constantly increasing its efforts to "go global". After China's continuous implementation of the "going out" strategy, China's economic level has developed, various large-scale multinational mergers and acquisitions companies have continuously emerged, and the amount of money involved has also continued to expand, but the link that has a pivotal position is still a financing link. In the process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the financing link plays a pivotal role, and it also affects the success or failure of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Today, the number of successful companies engaged in transnational mergers and acquisitions in China is still very small. This paper discusses and studies the countermeasures and strategies on how to choose the financing methods and how to avoid the risks in the financing process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
